Volunteer Opportunity! Draw Near Fellowship is invited to help coordinate staging/parking for the annual Summerfest Parade.

About the event
This is a fun event, and we can help make it happen! Let's support our local community by volunteering to coordinate the staging areas for all of the parade participants. We have a blast doing this every year.
There are several service opportunities at different times:
8:00am-9:30am -Parade prep: Mark parking lots with chalk, put up parade signs, and setup registration table.
2:00pm-4:30pm -Staging: Direct parade entrants (floats, bands, etc) to their designated staging areas, and send them on their way at go-time.

After the parade is over, grab a bite to eat and enjoy the festivities at the Spencerville Summerfest. Later that night, there will be fireworks -perhaps we can all sit together.
